1. PAYMENT
1.1 All reservations must be guaranteed with a 25% deposit of the total price of your tour (PayPal / Credit Card).
1.2 The balance must be paid prior departure of your tour; you can choose between cash payment the date of the tour with a 10% discount, or 36 hours prior through PayPal. Please consider a 5% administration fee for PayPal payments.
1.3 Cash payment can be done using USD or MXP, please ask for the exchange currency.
2. CANCELLATIONS
In case your plans change and you have to cancel your reservation, we will apply our cancellation policy and issue you with a refund according to the statements below:
• A minimum of 24-hour notice prior to the date of your tour, we will cancel and process a refund minus a 5% administration fee of PayPal deposit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours before the tour or if you do not show up, the payment is nonrefundable.
Exceptions to our cancellation policy are subject to Vallarta Natural Experience criteria only.
3. REQUIREMENTS
We highly recommend you to ask for requirements for the tour you are interested in so you can avoid any inconvenient, we will provide you with the necessary information for the tour, but if you have any special request we kindly ask you to communicate with us in advance, we will do our best to fit your needs.
4. ABOUT SCUBA DIVING
All certified divers must bring a certification ID and logbook to prove the last immersion(s).
5. BAD WEATHER
In case the weather do not permit your activity we give you the option to reschedule your tour if possible, if it does not work you can get a refund. Please contact us to confirm if your tour has been cancel, consider that your tour might be running as normal even if rains.
